Caused by chemical reactions between a coin and its surroundings, toning can range from very light color to extraordinarily vibrant colors. At JMSCoins, one of our specialties is coins with extraordinary, natural toning. To see more beautifully toned coins (that aren't for sale), please see our Coin Gallery & Museum.
