1976-S Eisenhower Silver Dollar PCGS MS 68 #16310

This was the last date that PCGS made a 68 of in silver. For many years this was the key to the silver set, bringing $1500+ in MS68. About 2 years ago a bulk submission garnered 150+ MS68 coins. Virtually all of the coins I've seen from this submission are junk, grading at best MS67. The low prices currently being realized are for these inferior quality coins.
