1940 Reverse of 1938 Jefferson Nickel PCGS PR66 #17264

This is a very rare coin with less than 1% of the mintage estimated to have the reverse of 1938. This coin has the wavy steps liek the reverse of 1938. The coin is very original with undipped surfaces. This coin is actually rarer in PR66 than it's counterpart 1939 rev of 40.
