1940 Reverse of 1938 Jefferson Nickel PCGS PR65 #17271

This is a very rare coin with less than 1% of the mintage estimated to have the reverse of 1938. This coin has the wavy steps liek the reverse of 1938. The coin is very original with undipped surfaces. A cameo obverse really sets this cpoin apart. Too bad the reverse didn;t have some contrast.
