These sets were issued in cardboard holders. Each mint had one board and two coins of each denomination were palced in the baord. If a denomination was not minted, a hole would be in that mint's board. These were mailed in an outer envelope (when ordered as a single set) with postage and a registered stamp. Many of these sets have spectacular toning. The premiums for these year mint sets are for the original coins in original cardboard holders.
